In the heart of Budapest our client, a real estate developer company realised a roof extension of a historical building. We designed around 20 mini apartments for short- or longer term rental, together with the project architect  in order to find the best functional layout for the whole development taking into consideration that the average apartment size is roughly 25-28 sqm.
