Habitat Valencia is usually held in September, a great exhibition for all the participant of the interior design industry here, in Spain: furniture and lamp factories, shops with accessories. I found many of my favorities and discovered interesting new products and companies as well.
One of my all time favorite is Gandia Blasco. They came out with a super elegant new outdoor collection. Also Expormim, that is a very innovative company manufacturing seating using reed and bamboo, working with well-known designers had an interesting collection as well.
I found the products of Sancal and Estiluz are very inspirational. I discovered a truly Valencian design brand, Missana, I so much like their elegant, minimalistic and contemporary design.
The trend of the natural colours and material were easy to see as well as the mediterranean touch.
