Coastline Apartment
This beautiful two bedroom apartment is situated in a brand-new building on the Costa del Sol, Spain. My client involved me to design it functionally and select all the furniture, decoration and textile.
My client bought this apartment as an investment to rent it out. We created an elegant and cosy atmosphere where the travelers can feel home. Also during the design process we gave a priority to hotel-quality textiles and surfaces, make it practical, easy to clean.
Some elements, like the kitchen and the bathrooms were designed by the developer of the building in a neutral, minimalistic style. We started the design concept from this point and make the whole interior matching with it.
The kitchen is relatively small but has all the necessary features to create a comfortable stay for the guests.
The bathroom were originally designed in this natural style as well, which is matching with the sea theme and create a perfect place to recharge after a relaxing beach day.
To furnish the terrace was quite challenging as it is relatively narrow but very long. This unusual shape of the space requested an extra care from us selecting all the furniture.
